Our fiction formatting cost is calculated based on the word count and desired formatting style for the manuscript.Our word count also includes front and back matter such as acknowledgments, the author's note, other books by the author, about the author e.t.c.Note 1: We encourage our authors to add their front and back matter into their manuscripts before submitting them for formatting.Note 2: We prefer properly edited manuscript submissions to avoid errors and impromptu changes during the formatting process.

Poetry/Quote Book Formatting

Our poetry book formatting cost is calculated based on the total number of pages and desired formatting style for the manuscriptThe pages also include front and back matter such as acknowledgments, the author's note, other books by the author, about the author e.t.c.Note 1: We encourage our authors to add their front and back matter into their manuscripts before submitting them for formatting.Note 2: We prefer properly edited manuscript submissions to avoid errors and impromptu changes during the formatting process.

Project Sample Preview

We provide authors with a sample preview of the first two chapters of their book for approval, suggested edits, adjustments, and tweaks. Once a sample is approved, the project commences.

We offer post-publishing support to authors, including managing manuscript updates (e-book and print) and cover revisions if requests are made within 2 weeks.Requests after 2 weeks attract additional costs.Note 1: Manuscript updates that change the original cover dimensions already submitted and approved by Amazon attract additional cost to resize for print.Note 2: Manuscript updates beyond minor corrections will be classified as additional formatting, which attracts an extra charge.

Publishing Draft Revision

Before we hit publish, we allow our authors to review their book's metadata and overall publishing setup to ensure they're satisfied. Publishing happens after the author's approval.

Our Project Approach

  • We start by creating the author's Gmail account or requesting access to an existing one (if any)

  • We review the author's readiness: manuscript formatting, cover design, author's ISBN acquisition (local or foreign) if we didn't handle your project from the start

  • We create the author's Amazon account first, set up KYC, tax, and bank details for approval (for new accounts)

  • (Optional): We set up pre-orders if the author requires it to boost pre-launch sales

  • We proceed to upload the draft of the ebook and paperback for review

  • Once reviewed and approved, we upload to publish

  • Once published, we proceed to create and link your author accounts (Amazon and Goodreads)

Note 1: Amazon ebook publishing takes up to 24-48 hours to publish
Note 2: Amazon paperbacks and hardbacks take up to 72 hours to publish (if there are no flags)

Service Disclaimer

  • Your Amazon account belongs to you. We only gain temporary access to support and ease your publishing journey

  • We don't have access to your book sales. Amazon royalties are paid directly into the author's account that's already set up and reviewed

  • After our project, you can choose to change your password for both your Amazon account and your author email to ease your mind

  • At the end of our project, we'll hand over all passwords and login details created on behalf of the author to ensure transparency and uphold the integrity of our service

Account Creation Charges

  • For Publisher Premium: You are exempt from author account creation charges

  • For Author Premium: You'll be charged for initial author account creation and subsequently charged a yearly account management fee

ISBN Purchases

  • ISBNs are purchased one at a time. You can't make bulk purchases online

  • Each time you require an ISBN, you'll pay for it regardless of the package you're subscribed to

Manuscript Submission for Legal Deposit

  • We only require the author's print PDF copy for submission

  • We don't pressure you to submit physical copies when an e-copy would serve

  • Except demanded by the library, we save you the cost of submitting printed copies
